My visit to Tailored Smiles was very positive. The dentist listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The treatment was gentle, and I feel much better now. The staff were welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend Tailored Smiles for anyone looking for excellent dental care.
Boys went in for brace appointment. Everything was checked thoroughly and explained really well. We have been going to this dentist for many years as a family of 5 and have always found them excellent.
This clinic is a nightmare. From start to finish, my experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and concerning. I was pressured into unnecessary treatments, including an extraction that didn’t seem needed. After attending a practice for a second opinion, I feel I had to leave this review from my past experience a couple of months back. The dentist, Dheerij, was lazy, uninterested, and clearly didn’t care about my teeth. She never attempted to save them, immediately suggested removal, and made me feel awkward and uncomfortable the entire time. Despite supposedly having completed courses …
Been attending Tailored Smiles for over a year.The receptionist are absolutely excellent and put you at ease and are very friendly and professional. The dentists are the best 👌 as I'm a bit afraid of the dentist she is very patient and explains everything to me.. absolutely first class.
