Spring Grove Clinic

I'm an NHS patient. They do NHS yet I was told I need to pay for a clean almost £90 because i wasn't in the bracket for an NHS clean. My teeth haven't been cleaned since before the lock down. I'm well in the bracket for an NHS clean. Also I was quoted £1850 for a gumshield as I have lockjaw!! New dentist I found will give me 3 cleans while I'm getting work done!! And I needed a referral to the Dental hospital for my jaw!! I certainly won't be back.

Did not continue with the treatment plan and moved to another dentist in the area. Had been attending those premises since the early 80s so it was through considerable decision making. Nice staff on reception and clean.

Our experience at this dentist has been excellent, second to none. My son recently had to get root canal treatment due to a football injury and the staff were amazing with him from start to finish. They got him an emergency appointment, made sure they explained every step in the process to him, they made sure he was relaxed, comfortable, and feeling ok with the work that was being done. They even done a follow up phone call to ensure he was doing ok after the procedure. All the staff are all so lovely and friendly and we cant thank them enough for all that they done.

I have visited this dentist since the previous owners had it, and a lot has changed. I must admit I did prefer the previous dentist better if I’m honest, everything felt more simpler. Now after you’ve visited the dentist and if you need more treatment then you have to go around the corner to be told of what your treatment consists of and the price, as before they just told you at the desk, it just all feels a bit drawn out. When I first visited the dentist when it was taken over it all felt like a sales pitch which was a bit annoying. Then once you have an appointment they tend to call you…
