Pure Dental Care

I've been called 3 times they have cancelled my appointment I've got a lump in my upper lip called last week for emergency appointment kept calling me saying have to reschedule appointment. told reception yesterday take my name and details off your practice incompetent. the dentist was ment to take the last remaining 6 teeth out 2023 she left one in my mouth molar now gum has grew over teeth.i believe that has caused my top lip to have a large lump going to hospital tomorrow..maybe in the near future take legal action for incompetent dentist...

This is the best dentist .I have had problems with my teeth and I was really worried previously tried another dentist but they were no good,So I decided to change and come to this dentist they have been absolutely amazing from start to finish.Helping me with the hygienist and helping me with my gum and tooth problems.I have to go to regular hygienist appointments and I am getting things all sorted and this has really made me feel much better and happier in myself.My teeth and gums feel so much better since I started going to this dentist.They are all lovely, polite ,professional and amazing…

I’ve had more cancellations than I’ve had appointments. If you can ever get hold of a receptionist they withhold all info about fees so you get nasty surprises. The office is falling apart and the equipment is ancient. I would recommend you join a waiting list for literally any other practice in the world.

5 star treatment! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly reccomend to use this lovely practice. Always a great service here, very friendly and knowledge staff with a great range of products/services offered. Staff always put you at ease and offer great advice and after care. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Glasgow! Thanks guys!
