The last time I was at this dentist was over a year ago the receptionist is a lovely woman she was always so nice to me but the treatment I’ve received there was absolutely awful I’ve had a dentist take out the wrong tooth and then asked if I wanted it back that was 2 years ago then I made an appointment the following year cause I was in so much pain with my tooth the woman I’d seen said how disgusted she was with my teeth and said I had to cut out sugar. I moved over from the Maryhill Practice when my Dentist Vicki moved there she was happy for my husband & I to transfer which was great as it was difficult to get registered with a new Dentist in Maryhill st the time, Anna her dental nurse transferred with her so it was good for continuity with our treatment. Unfortunately Vicki left so new dentist Hannah took over, she is lovely & so are the staff always professional, but friendly & happy to help.

This review does not reflect on Maria but on the receptionist team. I had to wait two months in agony to get an infected tooth out. Now, a couple days after, I'm in pain from a hole in the tooth next to it where they were touching. Receptionist was horrible dismissive and told me if it was pain from the cavity and not the extraction I'd know and that I had to wait over 2 months for an appointment.
