Such a disgrace. My wife had to cancel her previous appointment due to an urgent situation, and now, when trying to book a new one, she’s being told she must pay a cancellation fee. The fee itself isn’t the issue, the problem is that this was never communicated at the time of cancellation. Had we known, we could have made an informed decision and prioritised accordingly. What makes it worse is the response she received when calling to rebook. I have always had an extreme fear of the dentist and can honestly say after 30+ years I have almost overcome that fear thanks to Dr. Harry wheeler at the practise. I can’t recommend Harry enough, So patient, friendly and amazing at his job. I have just had a root canal done (a true fear of mine) and it was painless. The reception staff are also absolutely lovely to deal with. 10/10 practise and I’m so glad I found them.
I only recently registered here, but I am amazed at the care I received so far from Dr. Wheeler. I've had a swelling in my gum since the beginning of the pandemic. When I went to the dental hospital in town a year ago the dentist told me there was no swelling there, even though I could clearly feel it. A couple of weeks ago I came here for my first appointment for a tooth infection in the same area. I didn't even have to mention the swelling. My dentist did a very thorough full checkup and noticed it himself. It looked like a complicated situation because there was no infection on the xray.…
