This was the worst dentist experience in my life. I called ahead of time to cancel or change my appointment, but they told me there was no chance to reschedule again and that I should go to another dentist. I found this response extremely unprofessional and very disappointing.

I’d never been to the dentist in the UK and I was very excited to register at James Millar Dental Surgery based on their reviews online. After the initial check up I was advised that there was a minor decay on one of my teeth but it was so small that the dentist actually suggested to leave it for another 6 months and see if it would develop any further (first time I’ve ever been advised to neglect a decay). I must say that apart from my gums bleeding and having bad breath every now and then I had no pain or other complaints. If I was trying to combat the bad breath, I thought that having a …
