Very awful dealing with customers. I have been waiting for an appointment for 3 months and I was only 8 minutes late due to traffic congestion during schools run. It was my first time to be late. However, they refused to see me, although I explained the reason and told the receptionist that they can keep my appointment short without impacting the patients after me. It is okay for them to keep you waiting for ages when attending your appointments, but how dare you to be a bit late . You should be ashamed of yourself. Edit:: Reply to the reply below. I have never felt more at ease sitting in a dentist chair. I have been treated with feeling, compassion, understanding and not just with instruments in my mouth. Very good and friendly dental practice. Thank you for being there for me.
