I’ve been coming to this dentist for a couple of years and every single time I arrive on time, I’m left waiting 30–40 minutes to be seen. While I find that a tad ridiculous, I’ve never complained. Recently, my 1.5-year-old had his first ever dental appointment and we arrived four minutes late, only to be told that this was too late and that the dentist had already taken another patient in that time. In 30 year I've never had a tooth taken out without been put to sleep. Just moved to Glasgow and went to this dentist on recommendation from my girlfriend and wow the staff are so friendly make you feel at ease. my dentist manged to give me three injections in my mouth without feeling a thing and had the tooth out in 3 1/2 minutes. From someone that hated the dentist to someone that actually feels so at ease about going now. Thank you

I was a patient here about a year ago. Reception staff are rude and intimidating, have overheard gossip about other patients whilst waiting for my appointment. I was given misinformation which has left to more and expensive dental work from my current dentist, they have also had to redo a few fillings as they were not sealed properly. I was made to feel like a burden for attending the practice.
