Had to get an appointment to get my wisdom tooth taken out under sedation, Parween booked me in for an appointment asap. Great customer service, quick appointment booking. A heartfelt thank you! I registered with this dental practice about a month ago, and the receptionist who helped me at that time was very friendly. She assured me I’d have my first appointment on July 1st. Today is July 1st, and when I arrived, a different receptionist (a slightly older lady, compared to the previous one) kindly informed me that my appointment was actually scheduled for July 29th. Parween the receptionist is always helpful in trying to find appointment slots that fit with my flexibility. She is always polite and respectful. I had to get my teeth cleaned by Lamiya who was lovely and very attentive to my sensitivity to pain. She was patient with me and made the whole experience very pleasant.
