Amazing experience in this practice. I have a very bad phobia of the dentist and it had been a couple years since my last trip due to a bad experience at my last practice - as I expected, I had to get two fillings on my back teeth. Dr Uzair made me feel nice and relaxed, assured me that this would be a fast process and that it was, absolutely no pain at all. I always have a great experience at Darnley Dental. The staff are amazing and any nerves I have regarding my treatments are squashed due to their thorough explanations. Special mention to Mirrin and Dr Tashfeen for providing an amazing experience. They go above and beyond and always make me feel at ease.

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited 3 months for an appointment while dealing with severe tooth pain, only for it to be changed without any notification because the dentist was off sick. Illness happens, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge me for a missed appointment when I was genuinely sick in the hospital. I even tried calling to inform them, but no one answered. When I finally attended the rescheduled appointment, I was left waiting 40 minutes past my time with no update. Went here at Christmas time due to having abscess. From the moment I walked in I got a warm welcome and a friendly smile from everyone. I explained that I had a phobia/fear of dentist from childhood and Tash listened and was very empathetic. Infact she was so good after a 20yr hiatus I have bn back to her once again to have extensive dental work carried out. I can’t recommend her enough!
