As someone who has had a real phobia of dentists since childhood, I was an extremely nervous patient before my first visit to Chartwell. However, from the moment I stepped into Chartwell, the care and treatment I received were nothing short of excellent. The team at Chartwell has been incredibly understanding and supportive, which has made a world of difference for someone with my level of anxiety. Each visit has helped to gradually alleviate my fears, and I am now much more comfortable with dental appointments. A huge thank you to everyone.

I've been a patient at the practice since a youth; my family are also longstanding patients. Ian and his team offer great advice, innovative solutions and meticulous attention to detail. The practice is thoroughly equipped and well staffed to deal with any dental issues arising and of equal importance can turn their hand to bespoke matters; for example I had a long running issue with teeth grinding and resulting migraines - Ian went to great lengths to take 3D measurements for and source a custom - made mouthguard from a specialist provider to address both issues simultaneously. Staff in reception are lovely and welcoming. Louise the hygienist is so friendly and politely reminds me to keep flossing!! Graham is also chatty and is so thorough when I’m in for my checkup. I’ve been at Chartwell since my childhood I’m in my 50s now and really recommend the practice.

Just attended a check-up for my implant. I had been apprehensive but every part of the procedure was explained and went absolutely fine. I received a courtesy call the following day, which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. 5 star rating! Chartwell Dental Care are the best dental practice I have used.
