I had an excellent experience at Buttercup Dental. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, more like a coffee shop than a typical dental practice. The space is calm, modern, and puts you at ease straight away. My dentist, Manveer, was outstanding throughout the appointments. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put me at ease. Incredibly rude attitude from the girl at reception. I am bewildered at the lack of customer service skills by her at the front door. Zero professionalism and extremely condescending to patients. Have always had a negative experience but only kept coming here as closest dentist to me but enough is enough and will be taking my business elsewhere. It is a shame as the dentists are lovely, but being dragged down by horrible reception. Do not come here as you will be let down massively at the front door.
Had work done here by Jordan, he was very knowledgeable on all my questions and explained them very well as I’m a nervous patient. Got an extraction and 2 fillings and he was great! The procedure was pain free and I felt no discomfort at all. I absolutely will be coming back. I recommend this dentist to anyone feeling any discomfort Thank you Jordan! Ryan
