Aqua Dental Care

Jamil bismil has been my dentist for many years.in that time I have found him and the other staff members really polite and professional while showing empathy .They have went above and beyond on two occasions. The most recent was yesterday. As like some other people I am very nervous. I had 2 extractions and plates.he was really calm and reassuring all the way through the appointment, as was his assistant I don't know her name. My experience with the dentist in this surgery had been awful. MR BISMIL is rude, aggressive and hostile. He does not spend time with his patients and quite frankly I found him very judgmental. I felt uncomfortable and ultimately unsafe.!! I would urge you to find an alternative dental surgery before attending the aqua dental surgery. The staff are nice and friendly however the dentist MR BISMIL is dismal and should not be allowed to work within the public sector and the NHS.

Great dentist just a bit far away and will be going bk to hopefully get crowns or something like that

Ever since this practice had changed to aqua dentist, I had bad experience after bad experience. I have had massive anxiety over going to dentists which the previous dentist worked through over the years and I was doing great until jamal took over my care. I'm an anxious mess at the dentist again because of my experiences here. I've been given too much numbing to the point I couldn't even blink on one side, I looked like I was taking a stroke, also did not use enough a different time, causing great pain.
