I have real anxiety about visiting the dentist but the Giffnock Dental team always make the experience as calming and as caring as it can be. Our whole family are registered and we wouldn't trust anyone else. Timely reminders about next appointment really handy too when you are busy like us.
I have severe anxiety when attending the dentist. I would say I have a form of ptsd after being hospitalised for a month due to an infection after a wisdom tooth extraction which led to osteomyelitis of my jaw bone and 7 operations. The care I receive from all the staff is 1st class and thanks to Liz the lovely dental Nurse every visit becomes a little less stressful. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
I had a dental bridge done yesterday with Dr. Phil, and the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism. Dr. Phil and his team were incredibly friendly, made me feel completely at ease, and the whole procedure was pain-free. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with the result—definitely a 10/10 service. Highly recommend Dr. Phil to anyone looking for quality dental care!
A really great family run dental practice with fantastic patient centred care. Staff have always taken the time to explain things clearly and have made sure that I feel comfortable and fully informed throughout every step of my dental treatment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality dental care with staff that truly go above and beyond with care and compassion for their patients.
