I think they're very good at their job. And are very thorough at their occupational skills. I would like to thank them once again for their support in my health care and for their time and input into their professional expertise and medical practice.

Dreadful with Rob Barker today - 26 Sept 2022. Usually good. Asked me very personal and I found very insulting questions considering we have had a close working relationship for many months. It sounded as if it wasn’t his wording. He was very abrupt. I was talking about childhood, in particular a recent assault which has triggered my PTSD and lack of sleep. I don’t feel he took my condition at all seriously enough. Very very disappointed and distressed.

Sat waiting to be seen and an elderly gentleman came in and asked to use toilet. He was desperate and nearly in tears. Was sent away with excuse of covid. Disgusting you were willing to let an elderly gentleman wet/soil himself, especially being a health clinic!!! Shame on you!

They should have a different contact number other than lindon house for people to call as lindon house have poor service
