All staff at this practice are friendly and helpful. If and where possible, if I have called with any issues the team will do their best to accommodate me as soon as it is possible. My dentist Chris Caldwell is in my opinion, superb! He is patient, kind and excellent at his job. What I like and appreciate most is that Chris only recommends doing work that actually needs it. If you don’t need it, he will give you a good explanation as to why. Thank you Chris and team, excellent in every way!

After a bad experience at my previous dentist, it’s safe to say I was extremely nervous signing up to somewhere new but my first time having treatment couldn’t have gone better. Vicky and her assistant were so brilliant and understanding with me and my anxiety I can’t thank them enough for putting me at complete ease. The procedure was explained to me fully but most importantly it was 100% pain free and quick which I’ve never been lucky enough to experience until now! Thank you so much Vicky!!

In the past, I've been somewhat apprehensive about dental visits due to some not-so-great experiences. However, Chris and the entire team have completely changed my perspective. The attention to detail, combined with their genuine care, made all the difference. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service.

Came to Main street a Number of years ago as a very nervous patient, who had previous bad experiences at other dentists. That had led me to be extremely wary and only attending a dentist in cases of emergency or pain. John and Chris have worked wonders on my teeth and on my mental fears! They instilled confidence and reduced the fear factor, and as such I am now confident and completely at ease in attending the dentist! Could not recommend this practice highly enough and would give 6 stars if it was an option!
