Took my 3 year old to High Street Dentist as a private patient due to no dentists in the area taking on NHS patients since 2019. Both myself and my little girl were nervous as this was her first time to the dentist however I’m so thankful I took her here as the dentist and the assistant in the room were absolutely amazing to her and me! I had to rearrange appointments due to external issues. I was 5 mins late for the appointment, and the dentist spoke to me like I was a child, and after the treatment recommended I find another dentist. Extremely rude and condescending. Any other circumstances if he spoke that to people, he would get his teeth knocked out! Avoid!

My partner was turned away for his root canal appt and rescheduled at the surgery. Do phones exist? Is this 2021? Are people not able to call their patients? This is after weeks of terrible service and excruciating pain. Student nurses working on someone in that much pain is not on. Get a grip.
