I cannot praise enough the Receptionists Julie & Sally, Dentist Dr Dalia Al Haj and the Nurse assisting Her (whose name I apologetically have forgotten. Appt Date-21.01.26), they are friendly, welcoming and give excellent advice. I am going through a difficult period of family illness and being the main carer with it, have let my own health needs slide, and yet I have been treated with compassion by everyone at Stone Cottage Dental Surgery. Both Dalia and Imran are lovely dentists as is Sally a great receptionist. I could not recommend the dental surgery enough. Recently, I’ve been seeing Dalia and Jan. I find going to the dentist nerve wracking and their patience puts me at ease. I have had retainers made recently - they scan my teeth so no need for moulds. The retainers are of excellent quality and will put my teeth grinding at ease!
I had two hygienist appointments over a two-week period with Kym and Janet and couldn’t be happier. They were both incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout. Kym did an amazing job on my teeth and shared lots of helpful dental care advice. Highly recommended!
Despite running late due to current disability from recent hip surgery, I was seen for my appointment by Dr Dalia Al-Haj, and treated with compassion, dignity and kindness by Dental Receptionist Sally and Dr Dalia. I, and my daughter Vera, were later kindly assisted by Dalia and Dr Imran Sumar to help me into our car. I cannot thank them enough. I have always recieved excellent care here. But, today, I truly feel that they went above and beyond for me.
