The Dental Practice

Have been with Dr Amin since I was ten years old and he has always listened very carefully to my complicated conditions, he has come up with solutions when specialists have given up on me and the staff who keep the ship afloat are stunningly helpful and always nice. I hear other people complaining about their sugeries and I realise how lucky I am to be with them. A big thank you to everyone who who works there.

Had the misfortune 8 weeks ago of being told by the Nhs helpline to attend this surgery, as I was only visiting the area and my regular Gp was 250 miles away. Cannot comment on the Doctor as could not get past the receptionist. She was rude and unhelpful to the extreme. Her attitude was disgusting and she should not allowed anywhere near a socalled caring profesion.

My partner was with this surgery for many years and always had the same response from them.Reception unhelpful, rude, with a very bad attutude. Unwelcoming and made to feel that you shouldn't be there. If you ask them a question you are told to "look it up on the internet"!!!!! He has now moved to a more caring and helpful surgery.

My family and I were with this surgery for over 20 years, I always got an appoint. And was always treated well by staff and by Dr amin. I Only changed Dr's because I moved out of the area. Now to get an appointment is a pain in the butt with our new surgery. Think yourself lucky if you can get on Dr Amins books. 😊
