My examination was carried out by Pav and his assistant Harvey, who were both incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. To Dr Massi Sarogni and the dental nurses who assisted, a massive thank you. Not forgetting the lovely reception staff who have always been very pleasant and helpful as well. My implant journey began in June 2025 and although it's taken about 8 months to complete, it's been totally worthwhile. Massi is dedicated to providing a professional service and correct treatment. Very happy with the service at this dentist. 18 months ago a rear upper molar was aching and I was seen 3 times over about 10 days by a really thorough female dentist ( I forget her name) who advised that the tooth was slightly cracked but the main issue was my nocturnal grinding of the tooth, so I had the tooth smoothed down and was given useful advice which helped a lot, including a check over by the lead dentist to ensure they had done all they could, so very thorough and clearly explained. My first visit to a dentist in well over 4 to 5 years. Nhs. Nervous was a understatement. But Dr pawel novak was incredible. Unfortunately the nurse and secretary names I have forgot but all I can say it ( they are amazing). Now second visit ( tooth extraction) Nervous yep full blown anxiety attack yep. But Dr pawel novak is simply incredible from the moment I stepped in till I left he was calming and constantly reassuring me. Also had a good laugh at the end.
