Every visit is nothing more than a wonderful experience at Fleetwood Ideal Dental Care, from the lovely welcome as soon as you walk in by the friendly staff. Great Communication, transparency, informative consultation as well as feeling at ease, listened to, receiving the best advice and care. As a family we always say its like going to visit a friend’s house for a cuppa and chat, rather than then dentist😅 Thank you for always being amazing!
Excellent all the way from reception to treatment. Always very polite and smiling, love the spacious surroundings as not closed in a tiny waiting room. I have experienced NHS and private treatment and both explain the procedures in detail and put you at ease.
Fantastic Dentist. Aaliyah is absolutely wonderful, kind, gentle and I highly recommend her. The ladies on reception are lovely too. Very professional, warm and friendly. First class customer service.
My first visit to Ideal Dental Fleetwood. As I walked through the door into the reception area I was warmly greeted by Julie the receptionist and shown to the waiting room, The reception area was light and airy with comfortable seating and wall mounted TV.I was treated by Dr Neil Airey, again I was warmly greeted by him. As I have recently moved to the Preesall area Neil took a great interest in my past life and why I chose to retire to Preesall.
