Great supportive practice, short waiting times, finally someone reviewed my sons teeth properly after the previous orthodontist 'could not see anything' even though all other dentist can see the issues. This orthodontist took time to listen to us, was very professional and even went beyond their duties to help us resolve the pain. Many thanks, appreciated
Impossible to get through on the phone. They seem to only have 1 phone line, and no queuing system. Then when you finally get through to Asha, the receptionist, she simply answers and says, 'please hold' and disappears. Is this practice going bust?
Exceptional care and a truly patient-centred approach. Our daughter had an excellent experience and I would very highly recommend the practice (and I rarely leave Google reviews).
Very polite, kind and helpful. They spent the time explaining what would need to be done and also very honest about the cost.
