Jodie, the dental hygienist, is incredibly helpful and thorough. She always takes time to answer any questions and offer additional advice, as well as carry out a thorough job cleaning your teeth. She is patient and considerate, never rushing and taking her time to ensure you are comfortable at each step, before continuing. It’s appreciated as going to the dentist is never the most pleasant experience! So it’s nice when you can at least feel at ease and like you’re being well looked after.

The staff at Faversham Smiles are so lovely and approachable. I love seeing Thitima, she is always smiling and puts me at ease whenever I get a bit nervous. She explains all treatment plans fully and answers any silly questions I may ask! I never dread going to the dentist anymore since coming to Faversham Smiles :)

I went back to Faversham Smile Clinic today for a hygiene check-up and had another great experience. Jodie was super friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. She did a thorough clean and polish and gave me really helpful tips on how to take better care of my teeth. Honestly, this clinic makes going to the dentist feel enjoyable rather than stressful. My teeth feel amazing now, and I always leave feeling looked after and well informed. Highly recommend! 😊
