I was referred to West Street for orthodontic treatment. From day one, I liked the feel of the practice. All the staff are so helpful, appointments are readily available at convenient times. I went into the treatment reluctantly, but I am delighted with the result. Moreover and very unexpectedly, as a lifetime totally terrified patient visiting dental practices, the treatment has left me very comfortable with visits and I am no longer nervous which is a huge bonus on top of beautifully straight teeth!
Very friendly and professional. I came here many years ago for my own braces and now I'm bringing my son here for his braces. The staff are always very polite, helpful and welcoming. The orthodontists are also really lovely and explain the process very well.
Referred here for orthodontic treatment. Timely appointments, able to provide advice over the phone and short notice/ emergency appointments. Efficient, friendly and accommodating service. Easy to contact and reach. Good experience each visit as all team members are attentive, talked us through each step of our treatment and answered all the questions we had. Also provides a wide range of orthodontic care items, such as care kits and other dental care tools, etc.
Was recommended this place from my godmother who underwent braces as an adult and found it to be a highly positive experience. I was struggling with other orthodontists telling me I wouldn't be able to fix my smile without knocking teeth out and this place was able to get me braces and work especially with me in order to find a way that would suit me best. 100% amazing experience and glad that I was able to fix my smile in my own way with there help. Ps. The new decor in the waiting room is amazing! 🤩🤩
