I gave this practice the benefit of the doubt after a previous root canal was not handled well, as I needed urgent treatment. For that original root canal, I was charged and then referred to a specialist, yet another dentist was later able to resolve the issue without difficulty. More recently, the receptionist booked me on the wrong day, despite me clearly explaining my availability. Overall, a disappointing experience. She has not called back despite me requesting her to do so.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Both of my children were due to see the dentist 6 months ago, we arrived at the appointment to be told the dentist was on holiday and it was cancelled. I didn't get the message from them so updated all my contact info (email, telephone and address) to ensure this wouldn't happen in the future. Fast forward to today, I took my 2 children and newborn baby to a 4pm appointment that was booked 6 months ago, to be told it was cancelled AGAIN as the dentist was on holiday AGAIN. I AGAIN was not contacted about this. Poor customer service, poor communic…
My dentist Sarah is very kind and she is caring after I had a nasty fall. Making sure i was comfortable in the chair before commencing treatment. receptionists are always pleasant and helpful
Sorry have to give this clinic one star. I went for an examination earlier because I wanted to arrange scaling polishing. After examination the dentist said I need two filling costing additional 240£ which I found suspicious as I have not had any decay for years. I didn’t trust the examination and subsequently went on to another clinic at work which confirmed there is no decay. If the clinic asks you to do funny treatment asking for money then be careful about it. They charge a lot of money and it’s not easy for us patient to judge whether they are true or not
