“Amazing staff — I can’t fault anything. The receptionists and dentist are very helpful and polite. The call, text, and email reminders for appointments are great and really helpful. They also assisted me with booking everything smoothly. Overall, the experience was excellent.”
Always amazing, can’t fault anything. Receptionists are clear and polite, calls and texts and email reminders about appointments are great. Staff and dentist is so kind and efficient really highly valued by my whole family. As a child I would be worried to go to the dentist now I have no worries and gladly go.
I always find all staff very polte and friendly, and my latest visit was no different. The receptionists were very polite and friendly, and so was the dentist I saw. She explained everything to me, and was very nice. She read all of my notes before starting, and took note that I can't lay flat due to back problems..
As per usual the treatment at Queensmead Dental Practice was exemplary. My dentist is amazing. The other members of the team - receptionists, dental nurse to my dentist, are always efficient, put one at ease, courteous and have a cheerful attitude. I have no qualms in recommending Queensmead Dental Practice - Farnborough
