I was with the old Grahams rd practice for a lot of years as an NHS patient and happy to pay outside these as private as required. When I was moved to Courtyard dental 2 years ago or so I hopefully nothing had changed. Apart from hit or miss getting through on the phone, I had a first checkup there. After it I went to the reception to pay. A person came running out of an office telling me the Scottish NHS will be a 2 year gap. Why he got involved as its up to the dentist to set the gap as required not a pen pusher. Next, a couple of months ago I went for a checkup as an NHS patient. Nothin…
They are amazing with my son, who feels uneasy about going to the dentist. They explain everything and talk him through it all. As a family we can't fault them, only small issue is lack of disabled parking.
really calming professional dental surgery. Really good especially if you have anxiety around visiting the dentist. I felt reassured, cared for and in control throughout my visit.
Brilliant service. With my daughter and her baby we were all made to feel very at ease. Everything was explained really well. My daughter is autistic and has adhd - she commented on how she is happy at this dentist, hated the last one we used to go to which is a really bit bonus
