I am quite dissatisfied with your cancellation policy. On two separate occasions, I have received an email informing me that my scheduled appointment has been canceled, without any explanation or prior phone call. The email simply states that the appointment is canceled and that I need to call to rebook. This approach seems rather unprofessional. While I understand that rescheduling may be necessary, I believe a phone call should be made to provide information and offer the opportunity to schedule a new appointment immediately. After visiting this practice for many, many years I had the need to call for my first emergency appointment. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I was able to book an appointment and have treatment much more quickly than I had anticipated. ( A huge relief as I am going away very shortly and didn't want to travel In discomfort). Many thanks to Dr. Evans and the staff, you couldn't have been more helpful and efficient!
Another excellent experience at Bridge Street Dental Surgery. Dr Khaldon provided fantastic treatment as always — kind and professionalI always feel well looked after. Highly recommend.
