Victoria Road Practice

My check-up itself was fine. It was carefully and professionally carried out. However, I did not appreciate having my christian name (Rick) shouted out down the length of the surgery's main corridor calling me in to see the dentist. It would have been much more professional in my view if the dentist's assistant had asked for 'Rick Harmes'. Can you please convey this to the staff concerned?

I have always been nervous of the dentist, it took a lot of courage to finally register with a dental practice. Russel is so calming and reassuring, I have full trust in him with my teeth. All the staff are lovely and have put me at ease

A clean and modern surgery well equipped ,able to provide short notice service if necessary. Team members were caring and friendly when i had my dental implant procedure. They were good at explaining the details of surgery which was very reassuring. Comparing to other dentists i have recently visited, the team headed by Dr Russell Hashemi were far better with painless injections and competence was of a higher standard I recommend this team within the Victoria Road Practice wholeheartedly

All staff are polite and friendly. Clean Calm & relaxing environment from when you walk through the door. Explains procedures and your dental health plan in detail if needed. Had a lengthy appointment and was asked what my preferred radio station was to listen to. Ensured that I was relaxed enough to start procedures. Extremely happy would highly recommend.
