This was my first appointment as a new patient. Overall, I thought the practice was very good. The dentist was professional, yet calming (I get a bit nervous going to the dentist). She answered all my questions clearly and without fuss or jargon, fully explaining treatment options. The nurse who assisted was, I understand, from an agency and she, too, was calm and professional. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. I only have one relatively minor gripe. The appointment was booked for 9am but the surgery didn't open until 9, so I was left outside for 10 minutes. My dentist has always been wonderful. The receptionist is kind, always answers the phone, and makes scheduling easy. During check-ups, the dentist takes the time to see how I’m doing, address any concerns, and answer all of my questions with care. I always feel well looked after here :)

As usual Sarah was superb. Not only were they able to fit me in, but, she did the small filling there and then. I also managed to sort out an overcharge from a previous visit.
