NO PARKING for miles! Was so shocked to find how dangerous this place is with such a lack of parking cars packed in dangerously on the drive and no option but to put my hazards on to drop my very elderly grandmother as she couldn’t walk from epsom, which seems to be your only option here. I was very worried as I had dogs in the car and lots of traffic swerving down the road. When I asked how long and where I could park I was told 15 minutes and to drive round the block. My name is Otis Morrison, I was experiencing my incersor front tooth lost for many years, and I wanted a bridge for my front tooth, I visited many dentist to solve my tooth problems but never find a dentist until i stumble into mydentist at Ashly road, i got registered and my treatment started, Dr Sheikh Remain and her assistant called Franklin fixed a bridge in my tooth which I have always wanted, I so pleased and happy I was over the roof with happiness. My Hygienist Lauren is kind, helpful and caring. She always treats me as an individual and shows great patience and understanding. As a cancer patient, I truly appreciate how she takes my circumstances into account and helps me feel at east during my visits. I would also like to thank Natalie at the reception desk 1 she is kind hearted, helpful, and always welcoming. I am truly thankful for the kindness and care shown by both Lauren and Natalie.
The receptionist we lovely and helpful from start to finish. Very polite and welcoming.I thought this manor would carry through to seeing the dentist. I was wrong. I wasn't even in there 5mins I found her manor absolutely rude not caring and no other advise or help. I left the room. Went down to pay for check up.
