Epsom Smile Dental Practice has really changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I absolutely hate dental appointments and usually feel very nervous but my recent checkup with Erica was a genuinely positive experience. Erica was really understanding about how nervous I usually feel at the dentist, and she took things at a pace that suited me. She checked in with me throughout the appointment, explained what she was doing in a clear and reassuring way, and made the whole experience feel surprisingly calm and comfortable. The checkup was thorough but still gentle and I never felt rush…
It's probably weird to say you can love a trip to the dentist so I won't, - but having had bad experiences elsewhere I am happy to report that this place is different. It seems genuinely friendly and caring, is flexible and my teeth are in a much better place (metaphorically - they are still in my mouth) than before I joined. Erica and Imani really looked after me on my last visit and whilst it's probably a stretch to say I'm looking forward to my next Dentist trip, I am genuinely smiling about it
I got my botox done, it was a very good treatment. I had quite deep frown lines that I was a bit insecure about, after the first session I already saw them softening up. My face definitely looks younger now with the lines not showing so much. Already pre booked my next sessions so they can be faded entirely. Loved the experience!
Had a great experience at Epsom Smiles, the team were friendly, professional and made everything feel easy from start to finish. I had Invisalign treatment and some composite bonding done, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great dental care and a brilliant overall experience.
