Bourne Hall Dental Practice

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experiences here I feel like I have to. There was an elderly Man dentist They kept booking me with him, honestly that man always made me felt like he didn’t care. His attitude and body language were very dismissive. He kept telling me everything was fine without really explaining anything properly. I left feeling unheard and not confident in the care I received. After that, I decided that if I was going to stay with this practice, I would request to see someone else. Unfortunately, my appointment today was even worse. The dentist I saw that day…

They gave me an appointment with Dr. Amina Bajva. She wanted to treat me quickly and get rid of me. She didn't care much about what I said. She sent me away with a short explanation about my tooth that lasted less than 30 seconds. I wish I had looked at the reviews here before going; I don't recommend that doctor to anyone. The receptionists are not professional at all.

Incredible pain from an infected wisdom tooth. No empathy, no return calls. Unless they ring today. I would advise giving this place a miss. I rang 111 today, they were more interested....

Fantastic service as always. Really kind, attentive receptionist fitted me in for an emergency today. Explained it would be a sit and wait appointment and may be a long wait, but was actually seen in half an hour. Dentist lovely and very professional. Treatment received and follow up appointment booked. Thank you so much to all the team.
