I would like to highly commend Julie and Katie working in the mobile breast screening unit at St Margaret’s Hospital. I arrived for a mammogram extremely nervous and if it hadn’t of been for these 2 ladies I could well have backed out of the process, they were both so kind and understanding and without any pressure from them I was able to see a very important procedure through. I am so very grateful to them, they are truly an asset to the NHS Thank You Ladies doing a Fabulous Job!

I went for an MRI on my lower spine today and the nurses there were so nice and kind. They have restored my faith in having an MRI. Such wonderful caring staff. Thank you so much 👏🏼

My pregnant wife has just called me crying and desperate after attending for a blood test. Appointment was at 9.15, she's been there since 8.30, She got a notification that there was a 35 min delay, after waiting for an hour at 10.05 she asked and was told they wouldn't take her blood because she had not checked-in, which she did, and that they don't do it after 10. Is it really that big of a deal to do a blood test FIVE minutes later than 10 when she has been there waiting since an hour before?
