Such a great experience! From check-in to the actual appointment, everything was smooth and professional. The dentist was gentle, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Easily one of the best dental visits I’ve had—highly recommend!
As someone who has always been terrified of the dentist due to past negative experiences (at a different practice), I can honestly say that Epping Dentist is phenomenal! The entire team went above and beyond to ease my anxiety, constantly checking in to make sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. I’d also like to give a special mention to the receptionist working on Saturday, 15/11/25—she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her warmth and reassurance made a world of difference and helped me feel so much more at ease before my appointment. Thank you to the whole team!

My son was having problems getting treated for a tooth that needed root canal treatment. A dispute over his treatment occurred with one of the dentists but well done to the practice manager Gaye who got the matter resolved and he is being treated by another dentist at the practice. Well done and thank you !
