Very happy with the service that I receive, however the price for private patients seems to increase on each visit. The time spent with the dentist is only ever approximately ten minutes but this does not reflect in the price. If this continues to rise I shall have fewer appointments in the future. Also it would be nice to see the same dentist more than once before they're replaced.
My appointment was for 8am. I was to see the new dentist. I arrived at 7.50. The gentleman I was to see arrived at 8am. I didn't go in until 8.10 which wasn't a problem. I was very disappointed because when I did get to see the dentist he was still looking at my notes. He had a quick look at my teeth and said I needed a filing which he would do at another appointment. When I asked about a clean which in previous visit is usually done I was told this would also be done at my next appointment. I have been paying into the denplan cover for probably 20 + years and I don't realty feel that t…
Been at this dentist for 25+ years when it was under Andrew Goodman. Unfortunately in recent years they have gone down hill. A lot of appointments I had were cancelled via text with no follow up. Arrogant reception staff and Denplan appointments not kept to. I.E. my new dentist is providing two hygienist appointments per year where as Hopevine only every provided one per year.
Mr Tan, was very patient & obliging with my elderly, nervous mother. He explained her treatment clearly in a non patronising way. She came away relaxed & happy to return.
