Not long ago I registered with this practice and am delighted with the service all round. The receptionists are friendly, professional and helpful. The communication from the practice is excellent. My dentist, Dr Rachel Murray, is the best dentist I have ever come across. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced and highly skilled, with excellent interpersonal skills, too. My oral and dental health is in good hands. A completely trustworthy and ethical service. Many grateful thanks.
Made an appointment for a filling repair at 09.00hrs. Greeted at reception and then by Ewan the dentist. Invited into treatment room and into the seat. Some small talk with dentist catching up from previous yearly check up. Then got on with the filling repair. Dentist and his assistant worked well as an experienced team. Had numbing injection, waited a few minutes then got on with the filling repair. I’m 75 and this is the first filling in 40 years or more. It’s far less stressful without any pain compared to long ago. All done in 15mins. Paid the bill at reception. That’s it now till my ye…
I have always had an excellent experience at the Schoolhill dental practice. The reception staff are extremely friendly, efficient and caring. Alistair Scott who has been my dentist for many years practice's to a very high standard. He puts you very much at ease and I value his opinion. I like his caring and honest approach. More recently he went above and beyond to ensure I received the care i needed from other services.
Always had a pleasant experience when attending Schoolhill Dental Practice. All staff I've personally had interactions with have been polite and professional. I recently required an emergency appointment which was available that same day but at a time that did not work for me so opted for a more suitable appointment the following day.
