Sorry to say that although my treatment is good I was not happy while waiting for my appointment a man came in & because he was 5mins late they would not see him & he could not rebook, it was his first time. There was no one in the waiting room so they really had no excuse. Also 2 phones calls I heard new people needed to change their appointments & could not rebook!! If I had gone in on time fine but I had to wait 15 minutes over my time. & I was there early. Sorry to be negative but as so many need NHS appointments I find this wrong.
Today I had an emergency appointment to see Mr Daniel Shah, following an X-ray , and examination, Daniel advised me that I needed a surgical extraction because my tooth was infected. Kate , the dental nurse made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole procedure. She was amazing and Daniel the dentist was fantastic. I was not in any pain whatsoever throughout the procedure which was completed successfully in no time. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. The dentist is absolutely brilliant." Was very very anxious about attending my appointment today due to previous bad experience. Reception staff were lovely and reassured me. Then ceira was amazing made me feel at ease. I need couple of feelings but rather than get me back in fee weeks and cause more anxiety she did it there and then. Reassuring me throughout. Great friendly caring team. Thank you
As a very nervous patient and not been to a dentist in years so as you can imagine i was so scared , but when I went in to see the dentist marina and her dentist assistant they made me so welcome and didn't judge me at all they where absolutely brilliant to me and sounds odd but looking forward to going back thank you so much i know you will change my life , thank you to all the reception staff so friendly and kind xxx
