Was in to get my prescription and though it wasn't in their system, the lovely ladies at the green reception said they would fix it and got me my prescription after a short wait. Also, these were medications I requested last minute for my health condition and the GP too treated it with care and urgency. Thanks to the beautiful ladies at the reception for getting my prescription as promised.

The worst clinic in the world. They're making it difficult for my partner to receive medical care in accordance with his patient rights. I have seldom had to see a GP in the last few years but have regular diabetic checks with the practice nurses, everyone I have seen has been professional and friendly. I don't like bashing people trying to do a difficult job - but - today I had my full annual disbetic review with a lovely nurse and was told to make an appointment at reception with a doctor to discuss the results of bloods etc in 2 weeks.
