Seven Hills Dental Practice

The actual dentist was fine but I was not notified of any additional costs before treatment. When trying to sort it with the receptionist she was very rude and unhelpful about my situation considering I had no money. The dentist will say I require scale and polish but I’m still charged £50 for that when everyone else seems to get it on the nhs. My main concern is future charges and the receptionist being very rude and unhelpful and borderline offensive. I’m currently looking to try get into a new dentist due to this ones devious attempt to get money and just the terrible service in general.…

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was not good. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I faced delays during some visits, while patients are charged a penalty even if they arrive just a few minutes late — which is completely unjustified. The reception staff’s behavior was extremely poor and far below acceptable standards. I truly hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and the way they treat patients, because in its current state, this clinic does not encourage anyone to return.

Having had a complete dentist phobia for many years , I cannot praise and thank Dr.Fan enough ! He talked me through what my treatment would involve at my first consultation three weeks ago and this morning I had two small fillings. Thanks to his reassurance and calming manner I was only slightly apprehensive! The procedure was totally painless and very quick. You’re a star Dr. Fan ! The reception team are excellent.

The dentists are great, but one of the receptionists is very unhelpful and sticks to her script, bus was running late (I had been waiting at the stop for like 40 mins passed when it was due to come) so I called up to let them know I'd be late and instead of giving me a solution or trying to slot me in later they just flat out told me I wouldn't be able to have my appointment and that I'd be charged for the honor
