I have visited this dental practice three times for fillings, and every experience has been excellent. 🥰 Appointments were arranged very quickly each time, and the dentist was highly professional and gentle. The fillings were done very well, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment.🤩 What I really appreciate is that the dentist treats NHS patients with great respect and care, without any difference in attitude. Fabulous dentist! First visit greeted by the lovely helpful receptionist Clare followed with examination, scale/polish from Heidi Kim, a great gentle dentist. First professional scale & polish Iv had in many years since living in Italy. Normally UK is a 5 min job where you rarely see any difference, my teeth looked and felt so clean. For a slightly nervous patient like myself I highly recommend. Weirdly pleasurable dentist appointment 10/10

Registered there as a new NHS patient and went for my first visit this week. I have to mention that the receptionist was the only positive thing in there. The receptionist lady with short hair (I don't know her name) she was extremely welcoming, kind and professional, if I had to give a review about her I'd give her 5 stars happily, but I have to reflect on the dentist as that was the reason I went there to get care for my oral health. What a breath of fresh air this dental practice is! I've always had a fear of the dentist, but Dr. Kim & team were all so gentle, reassuring, and skilled for my deep cleaning procedure and 1 filling needed, as well as getting me fitted for a night guard to prevent future dental problems. I highly recommend going here and seeing Dr. Kim if she's available!
