So pleased I made the switch here, staff was really friendly and sorted my claim for me during the appointment. The dental hygienist was much gentler than I am used to. My colleague recently had an appointment here also and had nothing but good things to say too.
I attended Bupa Dental Care Prestonfield on 16 December 2025 for a single filling on an upper premolar. During the visit, a foam-like material, possibly containing anesthesia, was placed under my gum without explanation. I was not aware it had been left in my mouth due to complete numbness and only noticed it at home two hours later. Leaving such material in the mouth while numb felt unsafe and posed a potential health risk. The upper premolar filling was poorly matched, rough, and badly finished. Additionally, filing on a lower tooth caused damage and chipping to an adjacent healthy canine…
