Dr Fotis has been our family dentist for many years. He is always kind, patient and highly professional. During my daughter Jessie’s orthodontic treatment, his expertise helped save an important tooth that should not have been removed. As a parent, I’m truly grateful for everything he has done. When I first heard I was going to get my tooth drilled with anaesthetic, I was super terrified. When I stepped foot into the dentist room, I automatically felt at ease and I was calm. The dentist made me super comfortable and knew what to do and what not to do. He even talked me through the process of it so I knew what was coming up next. This was the worst professional dental cleaning (oral hygiene) I have ever had. The entire procedure lasted around 10–12 minutes, during which they only superficially removed some tartar. I have very sensitive gums, and in several painful areas I was not given any anesthetic, even though I have never had a hygiene procedure without pain relief before. Because of this, those sensitive areas were not properly cleaned at all.
