Really upsetting 😡 Ive been since April paying for a treatment that should be free, as I am on universal credit. The previous dentist didn't finished my treatment i still have 2 root canal treatments to be done. Now the stuff telling me I have to pay for cancellation fee which I've paid in the past as it was my own fault. Now they want me to pay againa cancelation fee. While i am already paying 58£ monthly for a treatment since April, thats is not finished. Camon guys I know you can do better than this . Or I ll just cancel my direct debit and start a legal action.
Amazing service! Dr Amir managed to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, and was able to help me with my pain very quickly! I would highly recommend him!
Best dentist I've ever experienced. Friendly, honest and timely treatment with no hassle and a great team. Delighted with the results of my perfect smile makeover done at a reasonable cost and completed much quicker than I thought. Pain free and manageable maintenance. All options discussed and decisions made with affordability in mind. I actually enjoy visiting, and have had no issues whatsoever 2 years later! Highly recommended.
The reception staff are lovely. Amir ( dentist) listened carefully to my concerns and was both professional and gentle.
