This place has been good before but currently there is something not right with the services.They have been cancelling my dental appointments last minute with no explanation.It’s very disappointing. I been experiencing this since last September 2025 and to make matters worse they sent me a letter saying my registration with them is expiring because I have not been attending any appointments which is very strange/weird. I asked them and still no explanation Right now they have again cancelled my appointment for today and blaming it on the dentist being on sick leave every time this is happen…
I was two days ago.. I was thinking that they did a good job byt is not, now I have terrible pain in my gums, jaw, and face, and it's getting worse with my recent 🦷They told me I'd have pain for three days, but I suppose it won't be intense. I'll have to go to the emergency room on Monday... and I'll be worried all weekend... Very efficient dentist, nice receptionists, polite and helpful. Very reasonable prices, helpful dentists. Can't understand other reviews. Clean, calm environment, would recommend.
Really like the service from this local dentist - my mum is in SW Scotland, they have NO NHS dentists at all! Dentists are friendly, helpful, and I think give good advice when you need to make a decision. Reception are efficient, organised, and have occasionally taken pity on me when I’ve needed a favour. Spare appointments, emergency appointments I know are in such short supply, but reception can sometimes magic them out of a hat if I can be a bit flexible or get in early or at short notice.
