Having had so many bad experiences in the past causing a huge fear i waited until i could stand it no longer. I started seeing Julie and she is just fantastic. Put me at ease straight away and explained everything thoroughly. Am nearly at the end of my treatment now but cant praise all the staff highly enough. Have been going there for years with no complaints but recently been allocated a new dentist that when I feel I don’t get a good dental care. Telephone line is always busy and difficult to get through. My last appointment was appalling; the dentist looked stressed out, rude and rushed took an x-ray but failed to notice the problem. I left without any treatment because the dentist didn’t have a clue what was wrong with my tooth and ran out of time to do anything worthwhile!
