Lovely relaxed feeling when entered the dental practice. I felt in good hands,as my teeth need a lot of work done. I would like to thank the city centre for helping and of course the dentist,who explained everything clearly and look forward to having a brighter healthier 😁 smile! Thank you
After another successful appointment I feel I have to post great praise on the practice! I am not a fan of the dentist as had very bad experiences but here I've found a hidden jem. From the reception staff that welcome u on arrival to leaving everyone is so friendly which only puts u at ease. My dentist himself is fantastic & explains all in a gentle way so no nasty surprises. Can't recommend this practice high enough & believe me this coming from a non dentist fan is very high praise indeed!!
Despite the dentist being great with me, I was registered as NHS patient, I then got charged a full private fee for a treatment that can go under NHS. The hygienist was just awful to me during my appointment. I was a NHS patient somewhere else and always been charged the periodontal fee as per standard. I then enquired about booking another appointment and been told I can only get one cleaning done per year under the NHS (despite me having perio). Then the reception team never got back to me also when I enquired about changing hygienist at their practice. AVOID
Dr. Feras is an excellent dentist. I had a root canal and a crown done, and I felt very comfortable and confident in his care. I highly recommend him .
