I am a very nervous patient. I joined 103 dental last year. My dentist is called Vasileios and he is absolutely amazing. He is taking things at the pace that I want. When I am in the chair he constantly reassured me and explains what he is doing. So if your nervouse I would highly recommend this dentist in particular. If there was an option for more stars I'd definitely give it!
I recently switched my NHS dentist to Cameron at 103 based on a recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. The examination was incredibly thorough, and Cameron took the time to talk me through everything, explaining the X-rays and showing me the best way to clean and brush for my teeth. I went on NHS but it felt like private treatment! Thank you :-)
i saw dr vasilios for an appointment on wednesday. he was the nicest dentist i have ever had, he made me feel very relaxed, and this was great as i am so nervous. the receptionists hanna and maria were also very nice. 5/5 experience :))))
I booked my December dental appointment in advance during September. Upon arriving punctually, I was informed that my 12:30 pm appointment would be delayed by at least 20 minutes. Furthermore, they could not guarantee when my dentist would conclude his treatment with the preceding patient. If you can call me the day before my appointment to confirm whether it will go ahead, why can't you promptly confirm the time with the doctor? If my appointment is going to be delayed, you could easily call me in advance to let me know, rather than waiting until I arrive to inform me.
