Smart Smiles (Ebbw Vale)

Actually a genuinely good experience. Staff were really friendly and polite. The facilities are clean, sleek, modern and comfortable. They talk you through your options and there's no pressure to take extra services. I also didn't feel judged, which is really appreciated because for some people going to the dentist is scary but actually this place makes you feel at ease and welcome. So far very happy with my experience.

A pleasant, welcoming environment and my dentist, Riya, was friendly, professional and thorough with her examination. I was impressed by the x-ray equipment and clear feedback. I am usually nervous about dentist visits but I feel happy about returning for my treatment.

Smart smiles have lovely staff and dental professionals. All are friendly but informative. Appointments are on time and my family have never had to wait more than a couple of weeks for a checkup

We can’t thank you enough. From my husband being in agony. Even going to the emergency dentist in Newport. And be given antibiotics. The lady on reception sorry. Can’t. Remember your name. But finding out how my Husband is said leave it to me. Within 8 hours. We had a phone call with an appointment the following day. Lowri. The. Dentist put him at ease even went back yesterday and had the tooth removed and the root of the one next to it. THANK YOU xxxxx
