The East Grinstead Orthodontic Centre

Absolutely phenomenal orthodontist surgery! The super helpful, friendly receptionists Pam & Julie, the lovely new hygienist Hayley, Of course the main men Nick & Andrew and all the lovely staff whose names I unfortunately don’t know…. Everyone at this surgery is brilliant. They are so kind, considerate & caring towards myself & my children who all have different needs. They listen, explain well & are so patient. I trust them fully and never worry when coming to appointments here! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

andrew mccance the main orthodontist is not understanding of anxiety at all instead of advising me about problems and showing me how they can be sorted out with my teeth and gums he made me feel very judged and uncomfortable. some members of staff are friendly like the reception staff who are always welcoming and some of the other team who i see for appointments but apart from that i do not like my appointments here.

Would give 0 star if I could! My daughter had a appointment with Andrew McCance, can only describe him as rude and purposely didn’t accept my daughter on nhs wait list because I told him she had previously been on a nhs wait list for braces at a different orthodontist but we transferred to east grinstead because their wait list was shorter- (reason being my daughter is autistic and the wait time of 3 1/2 years at previous place was too long and causing her stress). I've been seeing Sara the hygienist for over a year now her care and attention to detail is exemplary. She is incredibly gentle so much so I had no concerns when booking in my pre teen with her before his braces were fitted. I have also come into contact with numerous members of the team including Andrew, David, Kat and Carol through to the reception team when dealing with decision and fitting of my sons brace. We have always been treated with kindness and consideration I would have no hesitation in recommending Enhance as a practise.
